Top Gear on the BBC is hands down one of my personal favorites. Available on netflix series 9-12. If you don't have netflix and do have cable with the BBC check your local listings. If you don't have cable and can stream video on your computer check out www.justin.tv there is a channel on there under entertainment that plays Top Gear and other Jeremy Clarkson dvds 24/7.

Over time, and especially since a relaunch in 2002, it has developed a quirky, humorous style. The show is currently presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, and has featured three different test drivers known as The Stig.
